Common type aluminium silicate fiber cotton, taking hard chamotte as raw material, is produced through melted in resistance furnace and then manufactured by spray blowing or silk-spinning fiber-forming technology.

High purity and high alumina type aluminium silicate fiber cotton, taking compound material of high-purity alumina cabosil as raw material, is produced through melted in resistance furnace and then manufactured by spray blowing or silk-spinning fiber-forming technology.

Zirconium-contained type aluminium silicate fiber cotton, taking compound material of high-purity alumina cabosil and zirconium ore sand, is produced through melted in resistance furnace and then manufactured by spray blowing or silk-spinning fiber-forming technology.

6,Characteristics of blown fiber cotton:

With no lubricant and low slag ball content, this kind of untreated fiber, which is manufactured by blown technology, is the filling material of high-temperature furnace and excellent raw material of vacuum molding products, fiber spray-painting dope and fiber paper.
